What is it about Monday that brings on such attacks? I wonder.....
Stayed up to 3am last nite to reply an email.....bad move....should have slept early n just ignore mail.
Friend wrote to ask me to advise on where to visit in Malaysia....
Shit man...LIKE I WOULD KNOW!!! I haven't toured Malaysia in more than 10 yrs!!!!!!!!
Asking such stupid questions too like which hotels would I recommend in Malaysia that is not haunted???

Had to do a survey for a colleague's wife recently. She is doing a Masters of Psychology n her thesis is how Asians view the phrase "well-being" n what words, phrases or expressions we would associate with the phrase. Her theory being that Asians have been on survival mode for so long that we no longer know the meaning of "well-being". In fact, there aren't any equivalent chinese words or phrases for "well-being".
The words that I used to associate with "well-being" were 1) happiness 2) satisfaction n most importantly 3) FOOD!!! (This is someone's answer as well! No wonder we are such good friends...great minds DO think alike after all hahaha)
hahahahaha...I think I'm probably the only person in her survey that wrote that answer!!!

Had dinner at friend's place on Sunday coz they just came back from Taiwan. Havent seen her in ages (not that we are realllllly that close anyway) but am still surprised at how different she looks...streaked hair....looks just like jap girl. hehehe oh well
The adults all got drunk that nite (except for my mom). They managed to polish off 5 bottles of red wine, 1 bottle of whisky n 2 bottles of beer among the 5 of them (d kids all have around 1 glass of wine each so we don't count). Scary ppl..wonder what their liver looks like...hahaha. Resolve to never end up like them.
All d kids were upstairs n it looked like they were there to bi nan.
Must be quite tough on d kids to c their parents like that. Wonder if they will have still have any respect left for their parents. They are probably scarred for life.
Mom thinks they are doing this to fa xie but I think they are just getting caught in a vicious cycle that they can't get out of.
One drinks coz her husband is unfaithful (even though they are filthy rich). The other one drinks coz she doesn't have her youth n beauty any more. Quite sad to see to a 50 plus woman ( can be grandma liao) still flirting like a 18 yr old Ah hua.
Hope that doesn't happen to me or anyone I know. Wouldn't even wish that on my worst enemy.

Went swimming with Sern Fern yesterday n then dinner at Ikea.
Haven't been there in ages.....had Swedish meatballs n shared a plate of fries plus freshly brewed coffee.
Would have preferred d poached salmon but that meal is only discounted on Tuesday.
Resolve to go swimming next tuesday so that we can go ikea again n have that for dinner :)~~~~
Hmmm...always eat so much that my swimming is all wasted! Good thing I have been doing heaps of exercising or else I am going to end up looking like a pig soon! :P

Am finding that I'm really getting addicted to blading! Having withdrawal symptoms on Monday already.
I think the thrill for me is pushing myself to the limit. Haven't done that in a long long time. Of course, being able to speed is another plus point!.
Am so glad that mom decided to go east coast with me.
Will be looking forward to a couple more rounds of adrenalin rush next Sunday.
