Mom says " I am not demanding at all. All I ask is that your bf knows how to zhuo ren."
Read hidden meaning..."I am not demanding at all. All I ask is that your bf treats me to good meals often, buys me expensive giflts often...better yet give me big angpows.....and after you get married...you better make sure he treats me better than his own mom and that he gives you all his pay check so that you can give it to me and I can dole out measly pocket money for both of you which are just enough to pay for $2 lunches only mon to friday (coz dinners and weekend nights you better spend your time with me aka eat at home) and dont even think about spending your own money on anything you like coz its EVIL!!!!! and you have to save up everything you make for your future but secretly its coz I like the idea of you guys not spending money on anything at all so that I can keep everything in the bank and count the pennies twice every day."

Now you know why I hesitated getting a bf.

Saw my ex at cineleisure yesterday. Looked like he was watching the same show as us. Think he was with someone else but I wasnt too sure. Wondered if he saw me too. It felt kinda odd to bump into him.
I guess people you have any sort of interaction with will always leave their imprint on you whether you like it or not. Its kinda like me being a white blank canvas and everyone I come into contact with dips their hands into buckets of paint and leave their prints on the canvas. My parents and brother would be the biggest colours on the canvas though not necessary the brightest. I wonder what colours they would choose. Some people would choose to just leave a handprint, some maybe only finger prints while a few others would make beautiful drawings with their colours. What colours would you leave on my canvas?
